About Us
Singapore Paints & Contractor Pte Ltd (SPC), was established by Mr. Lee Chin Ann in 1995. Formerly known as Chin Ann Painting Contractor, we were incorporated in year 2005. From our humble beginnings with only a handful of workers, SPC has grown its staff to over 170 members overseeing painting, waterproofing, cleaning, repair and decoration works for our valued clients in Singapore. Since operation, SPC has managed over 1000 projects in Singapore. Clients who have engaged our services include various Government Statutory Boards, CapitaLand, Keppel Land, Suntec REIT, Ascendas and many more. |

Our safety coordinators & supervisors strive hard to maintain an accident -free working
environment. Trainings are provided for all our staffs, based on their relevant job scope. For instance,our boom lift operators & rope access workershave undergone extensive training courses & are all certified by the Ministry Of Manpower.  Our clients can be assured that they will receive
the best quality works from our experienced workers. All materials used are in c ompliance with industrial standards.Moreover, we provide our clients with a warranty period ( based on different workscopes & contract terms ) upon completion of work.  Singapore Paints value punctuality as much as our clients do . We have a group of experienced project managers , site supervisors & a strong manpower pool to ensure that our projects can be completed on schedule . We also communicate with our clients regularly to provide them with up - to - date statuses of projects.
